The service reps and shuttles are all very pleasant. But the last couple of times I’ve brought in my car I’ve been quite disappointed with the work that’s been done (fixes not completed, sending me across the lot to get my car after a service because they forgot to move it, stating a wash costed a fee and then it didn’t, saying fixes were covered by warranty when they weren’t, not calling for several hours after the car had been finished). Every time it gets worse. I don’t think I will continue to take my car there anymore

Hi Ashton. Thank you for expressing your concerns. We take our customer's concerns very seriously. t is unfortunate that your car was not parked in closer proximity to our entrance. There is a chance that our construction restricted us from parking your vehicle closer that day and for that we apologize. We are glad that you weren't charged for a car wash and completely understand your confusion as a result of that miscommunication. We will try harder to ensure clearer communications are made regarding such matters. As for your warranty items, looking at your service record, it appears that there are three charges, aside from your scheduled Service 2 charges, that were not charged to you and were in fact covered under your warranty. If this was not made clear to you we again apologize. As for not calling in a more timely manner, we would feel the exact same way and completely understand your frustrations. Again, we will stress the importance of this with our staff for the future. We would ask that you please reconsider bringing your service needs to Murray Hyundai and if you would like to discuss these matters with our Service Manager, Damien Lavallee, he would greatly appreciate the opportunity to chat with you in hopes that we can help clarify and start to make things right again.

Brought my vehicle for service on a recall at 11 a.m. was supposed to take 2hours. Got there at 1:45, and they told me it would be another hour, the shuttle service was handy, and the guy was very nice. But if i would of gotten a courtesy call telling me they were running behind, I could of gotten an important errand completed in the meantime. Between this and my initial buying experience at the mcphillips location, I have not been satisfied with the customer service. It is a good thing I never get oil changes or any other service done in the city. Country life it is for oil changes and maintenance!!!!! #hyundai

Flat tire repair.

Pricey to just fix a flat tire. In retrospect I should have gone to a local garage that I used before and saved myself a lot of cash. I falsely assumed that I would be paying a similar rate for the same service in light of the fact that we had purchased the vehicle at Murray Hyundai.

I had new shocks put in my Elantra

I purchased my car in 2014 and have had it in the service shop a few times since then. The service has been excellent every time. However this last time , I felt that not everything was looked over as I still have a noice, albeing that it may be coming from another area of the car. The biggest disappointment is that there have been a problem with both of the remote control starters and I feel that I am not being heard. This was an issue right from when I purchased the car. They are still a problem, and I have only been told that they have to be replaced

Disappointing

During test drives one car battery was basically dead causing me to rethink whether I purchase from you. Second test drive no issue. At pick up we waited two hours to sign for our car and we had an appointment. Then there was a scratch on the passenger window that over a month now have still not received a call to come in a be replaced. We also had to setup our own sirus radio. My whole family has purchased Hyundai otherwise I would not have taken a 2nd test drive let alone made a purchase.
