All the employees I dealt with at Laplante Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM went out of their way to ensure I got what I wanted and not what "they" wanted to sell me. Dan even went the extra mile and met me half way to ensure he could get my plates were transferred in time, so I could pick up the truck when I wanted. Anything I pointed out, was addressed. Very satisfied.
