I worked with Estevan Bolanos and he was very easy to work with and when he knew what our final price was he worked with his sales manager and got us the deal we were looking for. This was my first time buying my first car and Estevan was very helpful and understanding. I also liked when you purchase the vehicle there’s no extra charges for a detailing and oil change when buying the car.

I would like to report concerning sales practices at Kia On The Hunt Club in Ottawa. I negotiated a deal (#27223) on March 7th, 2025, for a 2025 Kia Seltos AWD. The agreed prices were: Cash: $35,884.20 Financing (6 years): $668.68 per month I was informed that I would receive a $1500 discount and a lifetime oil package (Dilawri Preferred Care). On Saturday, March 8th, 2025, I signed a purchase agreement without thoroughly reviewing the document. The numbers were almost the same but not exactly: $35,884.20 vs $35,876.20. It appears that the discrepancy was planned from the beginning, as the numbers on the FWD Purchase Agreement were altered to closely match the AWD offer. Additionally, I was provided misleading information about the Kia Warranty, with attempts to sell a more expensive warranty. It was incorrectly stated that the Kia Warranty is limited instead of comprehensive, and that electronics are covered for only 3 years and A/C for 1 year. We already own a 2017 Kia Sportage and are deeply disappointed with the actions of Kia On The Hunt Club. Due to this experience, we will not consider purchasing Kia vehicles in the future.

I just bought a Kia Telluride from Kia Hunt Club, and I have to say, Ryan was amazing to deal with. He wasn’t pushy at all and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. He made the whole process easy and even a little fun, which I didn’t expect when buying a car! The Telluride is such an incredible SUV so much space and all the features I wanted. If you’re thinking of getting a car, go see Ryan. You won’t regret it!
