Great service. Knowledgeable staff. Kas made buying my new car fun! I love my new Kona EV. I feel so comfortable in the drivers seat. Lots of storage room when you put the back seats down. Peppy and fun to drive.

Waited 24 hours for a call back to book a service appointment. Was told that i would receive a call back 4 times, left 5 messages, through out the day and nothing. Was told by The lady at the counter that they don't book in house anymore they redirect to Nova Scotia to book for appointments. Called Summerside Hyundai and bang just like that straight to the service department and have an appointment booked within 5 minutes of a phone call. Poor customer service from Charlottetown Hyundai.

Kas was my salesperson and he was SO kind and helpful with everything. As someone who’s trans, I’m always terrified to do anything that needs my legal name, but Kas and Andrew were both so kind and open with me, it was as if that name didn’t exist to them. This means the world to me, on top of the great experience I had buying my new vehicle.

As a seasonal resident of PEI, I was preparing for my return trip to Ontario, when I encountered an issue with my rear brake system.Despite the time constraints that I was facing, I received exceptional first class service from both the Service Manager Norman Doucette and Service Advisor Jodi Scott. I couldn't have asked for better customer care as my issue was resolved in a very timely and professional fashion. I highly recommend Experience Hyundai for your vehicle service needs.
