Very poor service after they got your sale. They are all over you when they want you to buy but then once you purchased it and you having problems it's hard to get a hold of them to helo you. They pass the buck.

Was so disappointed after buying my 2014 dodge charger. They lied to me about the warranty. The credit manager said it is a bumper to bumper warranty but it was not. When they sold me the car it had noise in the breaks. They didn't fix it. The breaks were the worst type they put in my car. If you are going to buy a car from this location make sure they write you down in a paper whatever they tell you or describe the product they want to sell to you. They were not honest with me. They screwed me up. I even talked to the GM Charbel and he promised he would call me back but he never did. I visited them like 10 time regarding my issue but no answer. When I came to sign the papers there were lots of stuff added to my agreement. They lie a lot just to sell the car. I am calling OMVIC on them. I am sure OMVIC will help me because they cheated on me. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with.

The initial walk around and exploration of the car's features was excellent. The sales person was helpful in finding a car on the lot that would suit us. Unfortunately there were a couple of times when we had to wait up to 30 minutes as the the next level sales person was not immediately available. The service picking up the car was very good.

The only negative respect of our purchase was the length of time it took, a lot of waiting while people run to consult others. Sales staff veer friendly and courteous.

Riad did a great job at time of delivery.....he was very knowledgeable pointing out all of the features and benefits of my Durango and was very helpful setting up my Bluetooth. He was very pleasant and PLEASE provide him with professional business cards.....he deserves them!! Jack jordan
