Mike was recommended to me by one of my regulars at my work after my accident (rear ended by an SUV). Turns out he, and several other people knew my grandfather from when he worked at the dealership. Mike went out of his way to find the exact van to fit my needs and budget, especially considering there were only 2 around that fit my needs. He also went above and and beyond when my rental was due back 2 days before my new van would be ready. Up one finding this out, Mike spoke to his boss and withing 10 minutes, had it arranged that they would pay the extra two days to make sure I wasn't without a vehicle. Great service, they do their best to make sure you get exactly what you want. Would definitely recommend, this dealership and Mike. Also, when trying to get the financing, Brad worked with me and was able to find great financing without pushing any extra costs, while still letting me know, that I could add it later, without trying to force it on me.

Went yesterday for a "quick" Lube oil change. I pulled right up to the door, there was one car inside. Took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get done. When car was pulled into service pick up area and I was paying my bill I asked the advisor if the tire pressures were set cause the light on the dash was on and since temperatures outside dropped you can the tires are noticeably low on air. Was told pressures were set and light would go off a little way down the road. I left Wellington and headed to buffalo. The light never went off. When I got gas I checked the tire pressures which we all between 22-26psi. Not a very good experience for a customer who decided to give the dealership a second chance after long time issues with my last dodge vehicle.
