Service was great. Dealt with in a professional courteous manner. Ordered parts before i came in based on what i indicated therefore fixed the day i came in and did not have to book another appointment for a part that is normally not stocked.

First Vehicle

First time car purchase can be quite a stressful experience. Every sales person seems to be pulling you in one direction or another. It was difficult for me as I am completely new to the idea, and I'm not overflowing with information on vehicles. I had my likes and desires, but ultimately, the salesperson is there to make money. Then, I met Papa at Brantford Honda. I went to him, partially because we went to high-school together, but mostly due to his shared videos on social media. His desire to help people was what drove me to seek his advice. He was honest, compassionate. and very receptive to my needs. He didn't shove any unnecessary features or warranties down my throat. He was the best person to see, especially given my limited experience. I can honestly say, the next time I'm in the market to purchase a vehicle, I know exactly who to go to. Thank-you Papa and Brantford Honda for making my first experience an unforgettable one.

Let me begin by saying that this dealership will have no problem keeping the doors open well beyond closing time in order to take your money, however the perceived good will ends the moment your cheque clears. My advice to anyone looking for a used vehicle is to avoid this establishment like the Black Plague. I can not understand how the "manager" of used cars remains employed in an industry based upon customer service, when clearly service is as foreign to this guy as great experiences at this store are to me. Before walking through the doors you need to count the change in your pockets and try not to smile or you'll find your gold fillings have vanished as quickly as the promises that were made at the time your purchase. I will save you the sordid details of my most recent misadventure at Brantford Honda but I will say the problems started before I even picked up my car, and continued at every turn until I reached my limit of empty promises and sarcastic comments from individuals whom I'm sure karma has a plan for. The only positive is that Honda vehicles have very good quality and are above average value. For me though, going forward I will only patronize local small businesses who understand that good customer service is what brings people in and keeps them coming back. Be sure to read the reviews of Cambridge Honda before you decide to waste your time and money here! It's only a short drive up Hwy 24 !!
