I had the pleasure of working with Stevie J at SMP to purchase my new SUV. From the beginning Stevie J took the time to understand what I was looking for in vehicle. He asked thoughtful questions and took his time showing me different options. After a bunch of research I ultimately decided on a Toyota Rav 4, which he kept an eye for me on pre-owned ones coming in. It took a few weeks but the wait was worth. He located the perfect Rav 4 with me. When it came time to finalize everything he was incredibly thorough in going over all the details of the 150 point inspection, etc. I highly recommend Stevie J if you are in the market for a new vehicle. You won't be disappointed. Thank you to Sam in Finance for answering all my questions, even the ones that came up the following day.

This place is the worst to work for, great techs and the two Male service writers there are great, but the management is terrible and abusive, and two female service writers are rude and will upsell people on things they dont need, this post is all my own opinion, would not recommend working for this place.

I sold them my truck in December, when I did I was told they would take me off the call list. Still months later I’m getting texts asking if I’m interested in selling my vehicle. Salesmen here are schill’s. Edit: I called and asked to be removed, and answered a call from a salesman later who also told me again I’d be removed, now January 2023 I just got another email asking to “work out a deal”

My friend and I went to purchase car there in 2018, but had to run away to take care of an emergency, we asked for a shuttle ride and was asked by a guy name Michael why we needed the shuttle all because we were 2 black guys. We didn't go back, instead we purchased 2 new cars elsewhere. That guy was very rude in his approach. People like that should not represent any company.

Terrible experience, Bought a used 2017 ram 1500 and have had nothing but problems, brought it in to get looked at under warranty and they said they don't know what's wrong and can't do anything. Brought it back after the problem continued and they said warranty is up and cant do anything unless I pay. Absolute SCAM now that I have to pay for the stuff to get done they are more then willing to do it but under warranty they did nothing. Service manager was also very rude about everything. Calling themselves a "Certified" dealership is laughable, all problems I'm having all happened within the first couple days of buying the vehicle and should not be happening it this so called "certified" dealership properly did their checks. They don't properly do the inspections on the used vehicles for them to be resold, causing them to have problems. When I crawled under the vehicle I found old sludge oil all over everything and a transmission leak coming from the rear seal, later to find out that the engine oil cooler was leaking, that should have been replaced when they did their inspection but I guess not. What led me to that was seeing all of the oil sludge that most likely the previous owner found the leak and decided to sell the vehicle before it got bad. So if I found it how did they not? They also did not detail the vehicle when I bought it, the truck bed had garbage from the previous owner and layers of dirt on the bed liner. The cab had fingerprints and sludge all over the windows and walls and I took the truck back to get detailed and told them exactly what to do and it still didn't get done, when I picked it up I went straight to the car wash to do it myself. Absolute joke of a dealership especially how they treat their customers. so to be resold as a "certified" vehicle those problems would be taken care of, you would think, well that didn't happen. All problems I have had should have been repaired before the vehicle was able to be sold and was not. I strongly suggest staying away from this place, they only care about selling the vehicles and only want your money. Terrible experience, definitely do not recommend talking with the service manager, he is very rude to customers.
