The five stars goes to Craig from Empire Auto Never would have thought that it would be this easy to buy a vehicle from out of town!! I'm almost 2hrs away and this guy made it one of the most easy and simplest transaction ever. I Wouldnt and wont hesitate to deal with Craig and Empire again!!!!

I recently entered into a contract with Empire and after 3 days I needed to cancel it. I called Nick Soufan, the manager and spoke to him and explained my situation. He worked with me and was able to cancel the contract. He also waived all the cancellation fees for me, which really means alot to me. I would recommend Empire Auto Group to my friends! Thank you Nick!

Visited Bryce at the Dundas East location, worked with him and Sam to find me the right vehicle and I couldn't be happier (Shawn was also very helpful on the finance end). These guys are invested in your interests right off the bat (building your credit, etc.). Never felt pressured, put me in a 2016 Infiniti QX50 with a clean Carproof, and I didn't even want to negotiate the price because they added so much value and peace of mind. I'm a sales guy which makes me a tough sell, but I was sold on working with Empire Auto because of how easy they were to deal with. Check em out
