The purchase of a new vehicle was exceptional. Thank you to Michelle and Shawn for being great closers. Thank you to Jack for getting us into this dealership We will be back

John Byrne from the service department has absolutely horrendous customer service skills. We have a small fleet of vans at work that I often bring in for oil changes and other routine work. I dread talking to John. He is rude on so many levels. he is aways eating and talks to you with a mouth full of food. I make an appointment ahead of time and his response when I arrive is always 'well you will be here for hours. there are a lot of vehicles ahead of you.' the most recent time I reminded him I had made an appointment and he responded with 'appointments don't matter'. he ruins my whole day every time. He is the sole reason I will never shop or use the service bays at Wellington Motors for personal use and I will do my best to convince my employer to find a new place as well. Wellington motors, you really should screen your front line staff a little better. John Byrne should not be representing your company.

I had an awful experience with the service department. After my 2012 Jeep Compass wouldn't start at my house I phoned Dodge in Guelph as its the closest to my house. I talked with Meghan the service adviser and told her the problem I was having. She advised me to have my Jeep towed to them as I have roadside assistance and its free because I am under warranty still. She told me that the problem might not be covered under warranty, so I had my car towed to see what the problem was. I called the dealership at 4 to see if there was an update on my car and Lindsay told me they hadn't had my car in yet and he would let me know when he has an update. About 4:45 he called me and said they just got my car in and found out that it was a corroded connection on my relay in my main fuse panel. He told me that this wasn't covered under warranty and when I asked how much it would be to fix it he told me it would be $400-$500 to fix! I asked him why it would be so much and he told me that the problem is really far inside my car and would take several hours to fix, even though he told me it was in my main fuse panel which is located under my hood on the top of the engine. I told him no way I am paying for that and in an ignorant tone he told me "then it will be $95 for the diagnostics"... I told him I was not paying that and hung up. I called back the next day and spoke with the service manager who had a listen to my phone conversation with Meghan and he said on 3 separate occasions that she told me that it might not be covered under warranty... Correct, however she didn't mention that if if wasn't covered under warranty that it would be $100 diagnostic fee to figure out if its covered or not. After telling him this he agreed to wave the fee. After all is said and done I had to pay $140 to have my car towed back to my mechanic who lives down the street from me. When I called him he already knew the problem, had it fixed in an hour and put in a better relay then dodge has. My mechanic wondered why they wouldn't be able to figure out the problem over the phone with me since he has fixed 5 dodge products all with the same problem. Pretty pathetic service from them. If I have another problem I will take it to my mechanic as he will look at it for free and call dodge for me to see if its covered. I guess if nothing else I learned a lessen.

Took my truck in to have some small warranty work done. They assessed what the work would entail and told me they'd call me after a couple days to do the work. I waited a week then emailed them to get an idea when I could get the work done...no response. I'll never take my vehicle in there again.

Great sales staff the service and detail department is a joke. How is it you make an appointment 2 weeks in advance, get confirmation 2 days before then the day of they tell you they are booked... poor customer service once they sell you a vehicle
