Very nice there I find they do yhere best to make sure you know everything before you sign anything and i think that is needed its easy to just sell a car but you need somebody who is going to make sure you do what is best for you

First time customer at this dealership and was truly impressed. Halton Honda is who I am used to and I live and die by those folks, but Brantford Honda... you are right up there with Halton. This is my 8th Honda, best car out there, best service of any brand. It's not often when you have to visit another dealership than your home one that you can actually count on the same high excellent service but ....wow... I got the highest quality and then some. Polite, quick, informative, helpful, respectful... great group of people. It's why I stick to my Honda!!! As I always say to other ladies out there... if you don't want to end up standing by the side of a road....buy a Honda!!! Thanks so much Brantford, you have yourselves a true fan.

My wife’s battery died just before NewYears and with no appointment Adam managed to get it in and get a new one installed along with a diagnostic. Much appreciated Adam!

Went to Brantford Honda looking for a used car to replace my old car that recently got written off. Ended up leaving with a brand new 2018 Civic. My sales rep Papa was very helpful and positive throughout my whole decision, of helping me pick the right car for me. I'm really picky about size, shape and colour of cars and he was very patient and made sure he got all the correct categories checked off to ensure my happiness. He was really good on answering all my questions and following up with anything else I needed. Everyone in Brantford Honda always has a positive attitude and is very friendly the minute you walk in.
