I purchased my Fiat 500c in 2012 from Ray Urysty (now retired). Everyone was fantastic. I've had service done since then and my experience in that department was exceptional as well. From Brad Corbett walking me through paperwork, Sam Kassa and Lindsay Kelly in the service department to Dave Schneider who sold my son his first car today (August 26/2015) and Andrew Stevenson whom I know personally, there are plenty of people to help with any questions or concerns. I'll never forget driving my car out of the showroom. I felt pretty darn special.

I've never had such bad experience. I have been dealing with the service side of this dealership for a few years because my car is still under warranty there. Most items are not covered under a warranty and therefore not worth the additional cost. The service itself is not helpful or informative. They will charge, for example, $80 for a headlight that can be purchased at Canadian Tire for $4.00 and easily installed. For letting me know the lightblub was burnt out they aren't me $60.00 itself. Any time I have told them I will be taking it somewhere else they have been snotty with me. They do not provide information on what the part is, why it would need repair or what it does for the car. As someone who is not car savvy this is important for me to understand. I would like to know the part and the function. They would not tell me when items were covered and have tired to charge me for items that are covered under my warranty. If you can take it to another location-do it. This time they wanted to charge me $300.00 for what "could be the problem". Customer service is not their forte.

Avoid this dealer like the plague! I bought a Fiat here almost 2 years ago now. That part of my interaction with them went fine. I have since sold that car over a year ago. My issue is that they won't listen to me at all. I have called and emailed on many occasions to ask them to stop calling and sending me junk mail and service reminders.

Dom and Karen made buying this truck a very pleasurable experience. They both listened to what I had to say, and helped direct me to the truck I was looking for. Dom was very knowledgeable about his product, and showed me the best way with different packages to get what I wanted. Karen was excellent at explaining all facets of the warranty, and comparing different plans. I would definitely deal with both again.

I'm very happy with my experience at Wellington over the past 3 years I have purchased 2cars a Fiat 500cand then traded in for a Jeep Wrangler. I got great personal service at the time of purchase and any time I went in for help or service. A great team of people
