I went to this dealership to lease outlander 2024 for two years 1.99%, but after we agreed on bi weekly payment I surprised that in order to get what I asked for the payment for the bi weekly payment, they shift the administration fees and put it under down payment. I didn't anticipate that the administrative costs would be covered by the down payment when they belong to the cost of shipping and other expenses. The sales management has not demonstrated transparency. I was so excited about this deal, but unfortunately, the sales management won't be able to secure it.

Dealt with sales professional CHU...who met us at front door outside. Friendly,approachable,down to earth,unpretentious struck both my wife and I as this is the type of person we could begin a dialogue with. Their was no pressure..but an inviting mannerism that was contagious. We would gladly have him as part of our family. Being comfortable is so important in negotiations. His product knowledge and financial aptitude was a welcome relief abling us to match our finance requirements to the vehicle we were looking at. Our dialogue continues and hope to be another one of his success stories. Today 11 OCT 2024...my wife and I purchased 2 new vehicles at the same time. This is how good the team...of course including CHU are. It is important to acknowledge the contribution that PAUL the business finance guy played in this dialogue. We had made a tentative decision to go with another dealer...but out of courtesy...made a call to say thankyou to all the staff and CHU. Sometime later...out of the blue PAUL contacted us...and after some back and forth...the deal was cemented . The point is this...PAUL made that extra effort...it made the difference. This is indicative of a smaller more personable theme in this dealership. KEN AND CAROL

Thank you very much to the Mitsubishi Team on Bank Street for your very good service . We just ordered new tires and they arrived in a few days . There was no discussion ,we got exactly what we wanted . Thanks especially to Kevin , Paul and Grayson for their help . I highly recommend this Mitsubishi location , thank you guys 👌🏽
