Winter tires and oil change - done within 90 minutes of arrival. Alex discussed some brake pad/rotor replacements that we scheduled for early December. Very efficient.

Total DISAPPOINTMENT and BETRAYED DONT GET FOOLED BY THEIR UNETHICAL PRODUCT SELLING STRATEGIES AND MISGUIDING CUSTOMERS WITH FALSE COMMUNICATION. I have a really bad experience because under their unethical sales strategy I was charged extra $6122 CAD. I bought a Honda CRV Sports on August 2024 from Riverview Honda, Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada.I had taken the car on finance but when I checked the amortization amount it was $6122 above the agreed amount of the car agreed price.When I contacted Mark Lenihan who did the financing for Honda Canada Finance I got a response that it is additional cost of warranty, protection etc which I never agreed to.The issue is when the discussion was happening Mark Lenihan said Warranty comes with car and not warranty comes with the car for an additional cost of so and so dollars.Guard comes with additional $500, Sharkskin guard come with additional $1800 etc instead he said this comes with the car and as first time buyer I thought when he says this comes with the car means comes with the car as part of the deal agreed with the sales person. I feel I am cheated because I came all the way from Saint John to Fredericton thinking I am going to save $2000 and getting a better deal for same car in Fredericton.I feel I should have taken the $55000 deal in Saint John and avoided going all the way to Fredericton to get duped for $6122 .I never agreed to any additional cost over the agreed car value and I clearly remember the sales representatives and the financing personal never discussing about additional cost.I found out this issue of amortization amount not matching with the correct and agreed loan amount when I requested for amortization sheet from Honda finance I found that an additional $6122 amount over and above the agreed car sales values that was agreed with Kris the salesperson.Even after this I tried to reach out to Mark who did the financing work I didnt get the required help. Also read their reviews before going to their showroom for buying car.Filter on Lowest rating, I have seen other customers also in a similar situation as me.They have a standard template to call the number of their showroom to fix the issue but its a strategy to show they care for customer so customer can take off their review but in reality they dont fix the issue. Dont buy cars from RIVERVIEW HONDA Dealership, Fredericton, NB if you really want to save yourself from getting duped.

Update: Craig called me and apologized for my poor experience the past few times. He was knowledgeable and helped me thoroughly understand the exact issue with my vehicle, he was kind, polite, and respectful of my concerns. Very pleased to have some of the issues resolved and looking forward to more pleasant visits moving forward. Constant issues for the past 2 years with the Service department of Riverview Honda, going to drive the hour and a half to Fundy Saint John Honda from now on as even the phone call and greeting by front desk staff is more pleasant at Fundy than at this place.
