I received my vehicle back in poor condition.

I had my car in to have the AC fixed and when I got it back it wasn’t put back together completely. The rubber mat in the centre console wasn’t put back, and I found two screws in a compartment that I have no idea where they came from. I also had items moved from the centre console and found them anywhere from the backseat to under the drivers seat. I was very disappointed that it was left unfinished.

Oil change and tire rotation and maintenance check. needed a wheel alignment as well. Everything was handled very well as per usual

We were told to drop the vehicle off by 8:30 am . It was just a simple noise check. Got the vehicle back 36 hours later with the noise still there.

The service adviser was not at all friendly. Acted as if he was doing me a huge favor by do my work order.
