Being from out of town Bob Gill looked after very well. He was able to get me the vehicle with every option I requested, which I didn't make it easy by no means. It was the 3rd vehicle I had purchased over the years from him, and 2nd one from just over the phone. Once again he pulled through. Completely satisfied ; Brad

Disappointing

Tyler placed blame on discrepancies in prices on us and his coworker when in reality there was a miscommunication between him and his coworker. He told us that he was "eating" the "discount" he gave us rather than being professional and adjusting the price to the one we had agreed on through email and had to provide proof of, making us feel bad. Also, asking us to promise to give a 5/5 survey so he can get a bonus to put towards his child's education made us feel very uncomfortable. It felt very unauthentic and pushy. We spent a great deal of money on this car and Tyler did not know anything about the car we purchased and spent a total of maybe an hour with us. We drove 3 hours to pick up the car and were very disappointed with the sales experience we had when we arrived. Will not purchase or recommend purchasing from Tyler or this dealership again.

I was in last week to order a new truck! So far they have been great! GM Mike Evans was great to deal with, I will update when I get my new truck. First time customer and hopefully will be my dealership of choice from now on as I like to upgrade every couple years.

I was hours away from signing for an Audi Q7 when my son, who swears by North American made vehicles, took me to Georgian Chev. He introduced me to Warren, who had sold him a vehicle approx. 6mo’s earlier. I am very skeptical of car salespeople and was preparing myself for pushy sales tactics or criticism of Audi. Neither occurred. Warren was warm, approachable, honest, knowledgeable and put me at ease right away. He took the time to learn what my vehicle needs were and showed me a Yukon Denali. I sat in one and immediately knew I wanted it. I bought it w/o even test driving. No regrets that I didn’t get the Audi and would highly recommend Warren going forward. In fact, I already have and a coworker is now actually going through Warren’s son Mark in helping her buy a new Silverado pickup. I live in Newmarket and will continue going to Georgian Chev for my inspections and servicing. Will be great to be able to keep saying hi to Warren.
