not impressed

labour work on my truck very good but when I went to pick it up it was dirty on the inside a nd outside. as well the truck was parked a little sideways, could not get truck out between these two cars. ITS NOT LIKE YOUR GOING TO READ THIS OR DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT

Before the sale everything was very good Karuna is a very good sales and an overall good person i just wish he would stay more in touch and after the sale it was very poor service and even worse communication. Haven't heard from Karuna since I sent him a messaged him on Monday no reply and on August 16.

Routine maintenance on my Jeep. Service was excellent. Staff was courteous and professional, and answered all questions in a clear and friendly manner. Well done Dilawri!

Liars! Told us the car was being repaired and was just sitting in their lot. Also tried to make us pay a cleaning fee which is illegal as per OMVIC

We were promised the car would be ready. So I went in with my infant son to find out two hours later it wasn't ready and I'd have to wait another two days. I already took the insurance off my old car, so I had no mode of transportation. 2 days later they called and said they were still waiting for a part and that I'd have the car on Monday. Monday came and right before they closed again same story, the part wasn't there. So we drove there Tuesday morning before they opened. There was the car, untouched, uncleaned. They said that they had cleaned it already and that they were just waiting for a small light bulb. Liars! We had to threaten to complain to OMVIC and get the local news in there, the. they said it would all be done that day...and it was. A week of lies from them and a lot of hassles for me and my 4 month old son. The worst part is when we started asking around about dilawri everyone had the same horrible experience as we did Never ever deal with them!!!!

I had an issue with what I bought after texts and phone calls on fixing the problem no one got back to me until I had to keep calling, then ended up having to take the vehicle somewhere else to get fixed.
