BEWARE OF BUYING A USED CAR FROM HERE! Absolute nightmare with Sam Bianca and Scott(used car sales manager). First when I went to pick up the car the automatic locks did not work(were working when i test drove it). They said they had a "mechanic" look it over for hours and ordered a part. I call back a week later and the service rep says the manager told them to send it back and that they are not spending any of there money to fix it! There were other things that seemed like a safety issue and the manager refused to even put it on a hoist to look (after one weekend of driving). DO NOT BUY USED CARS FROM THEM. THEY ARE WORST THEN BOBS AUTO SALES ON THE CORNER OF A SKETCHY STREET! They will not stand behind a car at all. They'll only be nice till you hand them a cheque then Scott turns into a complete unprofessional typical used car sales guy. oh and P.S the dumb mechanic forgot to even check the fuse..which was blown and just needed to be replaced with spare already in the fuse box to fix the power locks. Let's not forget...HOURS of him trying to figure out what's wrong and 2 minutes of me changing a fuse...speaks volumes for how this place is run from sales to service...SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!IN RESPONSE:1. Locks were working when test driven. Locks were NOT working on delivery and even Sam Bianca(sales Rep) said to drive it to service where they would have it fixed. he had service order the part and was told they will bring the car back in to fix it. The service advisor then told me a week later after i contacted about the issue that the sales manager told them to return the part as they aren't going to fix it. SO no the car was not fully functioning as it was during the test drive and when the initial papers were signed.2. the issue was lack of power - which sales manager felt during test drive and pretty much covered it by saying the car is meant to be driven hard(high rpms always)...pretty much as if it was a sports car with a turbo in it. Also brought to your attention was the engin choking well in acceleration. After only 700km it is now doing it t idle. This issue has got so bad that the car is now going into a shop to see what needs to be done as it almost not worthy of being drive able. this is only after 700km.3. There was no buyers remorse as stated when the sales manager was trying to belittle me in our conversation. Its the fact of being lied to and being completely ripped off by whats supposed to be a reputable dealer ship.4. You offered a trade in for a BRAND NEW car that would end up costing me 16k for a base model car with role up windows key entry locks, and no a/c. If i was in the market for a brand new car i would've purchased one in the first place. this car was bought as a daily commuter to save on Km's and gas from driving my new Dodge ram into the city and in traffic.5. the car is going to a shop to be repaired after only driving it for 700km off your lot. thats what you call a very nice Aveo...stop with your lies!6. Sam the Sales guy already made the mistake of including all repairs done to the vehicle. the invoices add up to around $1500 including labour that is billed to itself. So even that isn't even the true cost after you actually add up what the labour cost is that you paid a tech. it would be much less. I can also post those invoices in the pictures section so people can see for themselves your lies. Also the sale manager showed me that they had purchased this car from the previous owner for only $1500. In return they sold it for $5000. Sounds like a quick flip for some quick cash from such and "reputable" dealership.STOP WITH THE LIES AND STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.

The staff at Ontario Motor Sales are top notch. My experience began with Phil Evans who went above and beyond to help me choose and ultimately purchase the best car for me. I actually had a few questions after my purchase and Phil was always able to help and answer my questions.
