Worst customer service ever! They are a nightmare to deal with. Go to any other Honda dealership but avoid this one. Not worth the hassle.

Ask for Shubh, he is a great guy! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service!

I wish there was an option for zero stars. First off the Service Advisor Carly is extremely miserable. If you're unhappy with your job I would suggest going into another field. Especially working in a customer focused environment. I just moved back to Winnipeg and was planning to have all my Hondas serviced here but after that experience, I'll be going. Drop off my car at 10:30 for my appointment which she quoted an hour-hour and a half. 1:00 rolls around- not one point of communication. I follow up and she's apparently busy and will call me back "shortly". 2PM rolls around- still nothing. I call again and she's with a customer. Finally receive an update and at 2PM. My car was just going into the shop (what is the point of an appointment?). After a diagnosis the issue was presented. I had no problem paying for the diagnostic fee but having a 4.5 hours wait is ridiculous (she also told me it's been slow). What is with the $22 "environmental" fee. You literally scanned my car to find the issue. Lastly, she didn't even speak to me when I was paying although she was standing at the desk then proceeded to walk past me. A+ for customer service.
