First new car buying experience I was helping my girlfriend shop for a car when we came into Wellington Motors on a very busy Saturday afternoon during one of their big sales. We indicated that we were shopping for a Fiat 500 and were promptly introduced to Dom Pike. After a few minutes of chatting with him, she turned to me and exclaimed 'I like him, this is where we are buying the car.' At that point I decided to see if he could get me a deal on a 500 Abarth for myself too...needless to say Dom and Wellington Motors came through! From the moment we walked in the first time, to picking up the second of both cars yesterday Dom and the whole team were incredibly professional, courteous and really went the extra mile to insure that we got exactly what we were looking for. From initially meeting Dom and having him order both vehicles, Shawn Jones who was a great help in getting details finalized, Dennis Baker who was kind enough to show my girlfriend the ins and outs of her new 500c and Sam Kassa in the service department who was prompt in handling a concern I had immediately. They even welcomed our little puppy in and let us tour the dealership with him in tow. It was certainly a positive experience and we ultimately chose to bring our business there because of the welcoming environment and care we were subject to. Great Experience Dominic Pike made the purchase of my new used vehicle experience a pleasure. There were no high pressure sales tactics, he answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely highly recommend Dominic to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I purchased my vehicle on a Tuesday afternoon and picked it up the same week on Thursday afternoon, so kudos to the mechanical staff in having ready for me in a short period of time. We went to buy a used Fiat but the sales person suggested for a bit more we could buy new and get exactly what I wanted. In stead of the Cabio we went for the one with the sunroof because of the trunk space and the openness, when your inside. Very Happy with the sales person. Best vehicle purchase experience ever Employees were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. All vehicle features and options were clearly explained which helped make our purchase decision. I like knowing all the different financing options so I may choose what best suits our needs and Brad was more than accommodating. We will definitely come back in the future when we need to purchase another vehicle.
