*UPDATE ON BOTTOM* Not impressed. I bought a pre owned 2017 Chevy Cruz. First, I was told day of that they would phone me when I could come get my car. Half an hour before close, I phone them to find out my car has been ready for hours. Then, less than two weeks after buying it, I had to bring it in for an engine light. Told to bring it in at 9am. Then informed they will probably keep my car overnight. I use my car for work. Then, while I was working, I received four phone calls. One at noon, saying it should be ready before the end of the day. One at 3 saying it would have to be kept overnight. 3:15 to say oh wait it’s being worked on. 3:45 nope have to keep it over night. Finally done the next morning, when I get to my car, it is obvious it has been outside all night and was done the day before. Extra bonus: there’s a $100 plus taxes deductible I was not told about until my car was “ready”. Absolutely unimpressed. After leaving this review and an original 2 star rating, I was reached out to and refunded the $100. Unfortunately, their apologies don’t change the experience I had so I will leave this rating.

My second vehicle I got from this dealership started up rough in the cold while plugged in. Upon having them check out the block heater they deemed it working, but new vehicles have new green energy cords that only kick the block heater in at -18C and colder. On future maintenance visits I brought up that the vehicle still started poorly in cold weather I was assured this probably had to with the thermostatic cord and that the block heater was still working. All this I had checked out with under 60,000kms when still under warranty. I recently discovered a plug alive device revealing that my block heater was in fact not kicking in at all and my vehicle is now out of the warranty. A different shop inspected the cord and confirmed that cord malfunctioning as it had been all along. Service department here states there is nothing they can do going back even though it wasn’t documented that they checked the cord because it never happened. Service department staff ask me why I didn’t “bring it back right then?” I guess that would be because I had it deemed operational by your “professionals” and I was given an explanation I thought I could trust. They transferred to me the manager 3 times where I had to leave a voicemail and still haven’t received a call back. They didn’t take the time to check the cord, I had to diagnose the problem myself and was confirmed correct by another shop and now I’m stuck with the bill. Not a happy former returning customer.

Well after having a terrible experience smp let the service manager go and Amar Deep worked hard to find me a different truck. He was able to get what I wanted with the best pricing. Great guy willing to fight for my family. Great job.

Genuine service. I’d like to thank Randy, Riun, & most especially Corey Risling. I felt like home there. Sales people weren’t pushy. They simply provided us what we wanted. Highly recommended. I’d buy our next car from there & recommend them to our friends & family.
