Went in to ask about a new battery for our suv. We didn't have an appointment but our service advisor Clint saw us and came right over to help us. After explaining what our problem was he tested our battery and then boosted our car to get us going after buying a new battery. He helped in getting a new battery and then when we returned the old one he carried into the building for us. Clint went out of his way to help us and we will always be loyal customers of SMP. From the salesman to finance to the service/parts department they are always friendly and willing to help in any way possible. This customer service is the reason we have been dealing with SMP for over 44 years.

We recently purchased a 2021 Silverado LTZ Z71 with 3L Duramax diesel pearl white, we are loving the truck , the sales team at SMP Saskatoon were friendly and easy to deal with. I would recommend anyone looking for a new Chevrolet product to go to SMP.

Bought my beautiful car here that was the plus. First appointment for an oil change we were left at the mall for five hours and finally just took a cab back because they obviously forgot about us. They call to tell me to bring it in for an oil change ( before onstar let me know) ok, fine we make the appointment and drive in to the city to be a few minutes early for said appointment only to be told that it would be a few hours. Not impressed and I will be going elsewhere for any service from now on. I'd give Less than a 1 if I could.

Called me about the car I had for sale. Discussed an offer and scheduled me in for them to look. Drive 40 minutes the into city, make sure its all cleaned and ready to go. Come appointment time buddy walks around it and offers me several thousand less than discussed. Gave me the we can give you a bit more if you buy a car. Great sales tactics. Great way to waste some gas and time. Made me remember why I bought from a different dealership in the first place... Based on comparables on the internet my car is priced lower than the average making it attractive to dealerships. Car is in great shape for being 4 years old and low kms. I am really disappointed that I was treated this way. I recommend checking out other Chev dealerships in town.
