The staff was very helpful and friendly , they listened to what my needs were and what my budget was and gave me many different options . It was great friendly and fast . I'll be shopping there for life ! Thankyou wheatons !

The vehicle was purchesed new in 2015. Sales and support staff were professional and attentive. Service is very good especially when Jeff Strasburger is on site.

-vehicle was to be done and I was to be picked up by 3 -when I was not contacted, I called. -could not locate my vehicle for almost an hour. -during numerous calls service manager had the nerve to ask me if I even brought it there -I actually figured out what happened. It was put under another name (I watched them write my name down on key tag, changed after I left in the shuttle) -in the meantime I had to make emergency child car arrangements, I got my vehicle back almost 3 hours late -no sincere apologies, very disrespectful to accuse me of not even leaving my vehicle there -it was to have a detail package that included being vacuumed and having dash wiped. These were not complete, not even close. When I pointed that out to the service rep before I left, his response was “you can’t expect much for the price you paid”. I expected to get what I was told I paid for. -in summary worst service ever. I am telling everyone to avoid this place at all costs.
