I don’t care to get asked for a review every time I go to the dealership. I’m happy because you never heard from me after the service.

Harley, I appreciate your 4 stars, and your honesty. Online Reputation is so important now! Every place you visit wants a review and every platform you use wants it to be with them! It can get to be too much very easily. We are trying to stream line our systems so customers only get asked once, but it's a slow process. The service department is probably the biggest reason I would come back to buy another truck at Wheaton’s ! They have always been fast , friendly and helpful

I had an issue, scratch on the bumber, with my truck after taking possession. I phoned up my salesman Dana Molander. He dealt with the issue no questions asked and the bumper was replaced. I was extremely happy with this level of service and will recommend Wheaton to anyone.

When I went to pay for the service, the clerk discovered that the bill was larger than it should have been. After bringing it to the service tech, she adjusted the bill.

Buying the vehicle great experience.

Buying my Colorado there I had a great experience sales team is excellent!!! The problem I don’t like is the numerous phone calls asking me about my purchase . If I have a problem with the vehicle I’m going to let you know. If it needs servicing I’m going to have it serviced. I don’t need phone calls reminding me . I recently had my Colorado in for warranty stabilizer link was broken. So they ordered one. Part comes in I take it there turns out they ordered wrong part ! Ok no problem. Bring it back they have right part . But realize the other one is broken also . So they order another one I bring it there month or more later finally truck is fixed. That’s part of the reason for giving you guys only 3stars .
