The team at Brantford Honda was absolutely wonderful. Our sales rep, Ryan, was a pleasure to work with and a welcomed experience after some of the terrible experiences my husband and I had at other dealerships in the Niagara Region. We stumbled across this dealer while doing a Google search for Honda dealers within Ontario as we scrambled to find the 2017 Civic my husband wanted. Everywhere in our area was sold out. We made the drive to Brantford the same day we connected with Ryan on the phone and signed the papers. Not only did they have the car we wanted, they were also the best customer service experience we had encountered and that was just based on our phone conversation. The fabulous experience continued once we arrived. Krista and Ryan stayed an hour after closing to help us finalize our car purchase. I am sure not many teams would work until 10pm in the evening. Ryan did not rush us in our choice and worked hard for us to earn our business. We truly cannot say enough about this wonderful dealership. It's worth the drive!

Cannot believe how painless this process was as a first time buyer. My family is committed to Honda, and after the experience I had I could not imagine going anywhere else. Thank you Scott for all your help, support and time. Unbelievable team at Brantford Honda.

Went in for a B1 service on my CRV and to switch a loaner battery I put in because my original battery wasn't working right. I advised if the Honda battery is not any good anymore, put a new one in. Two and a half hours later they asked if I want an alignment because on their print out of their alignment test it said my front left wheel was out a little. I said no because it was going to take another hour he said. Paid for my $250 oil change and they threw in the free alignment for the wait. Said my battery was ok and said I didn't need a new one. Went down the road and it was veering to the right (worse before I bought it in). I checked to see if they took out my loaner battery and put in my Honda battery. Nope. Like talking to a wall. I gave it 2 stars because I am assuming they drained my oil and put in new oil with a new filter. I'll check tomorrow. It might go down to a 1 star. I asked a mechanic how many are there of them back there? He said 11-12. It was not busy either on a Wednesday at 2:30pm-5:30pm.
