2013 pick up made deal for 5 oil changes when traded in 2010 pick up in on 2013, never got put in to computer files. Joe and staff made it wright. Have bought 4 trucks through Joe and will deal with him again soon.

We have never had any bad experiences when dealing with Dan he is very good at going over everything with us so we understand all aspects of paper work we are signing.Also he went over everything in regards to the Terrian we purchased.

Initial customer service was totally unsatisfactory It took 3 trips to Lindsay Pontiac to get the vehicle problem solved Had to get a rental car twice Finally my husband contacted the service manager and the vehicle problem Was solved

Professional, relaxed, competent dealership, qualities local dealerships lack. Overall a wonderful experience and I would recommend Lindsay Buick to friends and family.

Called on 2 separate occasions for oil changes and told the earliest opening would be in a weeks time. Then another time I called service department during the week and a recording came on and asked to leave a message, waited several days before I got a call back. Then another time needed to have the undercoat inspection, earliest would be several days. Asked my husband to take my Torrent into Bobcaygeon Ford. Very pleased with the service. Learnt that Luke Avery is back at Lindsay Buick GMC. Had my husband take the Torrent into to Lindsay and Luke gave the van his full attention and service. . 5 stars to Luke. Thank you Patricia for sharing this with us. We understand your frustration for waiting a week on the oil change and several days for the undercoat inspection. Alana- Any dealings I have with you I have been quite happy and so did my husband before he passed away. To bad the rest of you operation was not like you. The last time I was in because of a recall I showed you the door where it was starting to rust and you said to take it down to the body shop which I did and they took a picture of it and said that they would get back to me. (I am still waiting) Then I got another recall and I phoned to make appointment to have it done when I was not able to drive, and I was told to bring the car in on Tues. May 9, and leave it as I am not able to drive for a week. I took it in last Tues. and was told that no way was I told to do that as the tool that they need was back order and they had no way of knowing when it would be in. Which is fine, but what up set me was no phone call again. When I got home I phone Joe to tell him what was going on and he said he would get in touch with the body shop and let me know. He said that he had a customer and might not be able to get a hold of the manager before he left and he phone me later that night and said that it was to late and he would talk to him and let me know what he found out.(No Call) I really think the next time I want a new vehicle it will be at another dealer.

Seems odd to have to wait a week for an appointment for a simple item such as an oil change?? I was 15 minutes early for the appointment (for R/O write up) then the car sat in the reception area for almost an hour. The actual work took only 10 minutes. The work was fine but the experience was a little frustrating.
