Had a great experience at Birchwood Honda. Our product advisor Colton Woloski was knowledgeable and found us exactly what we were looking for. He took the time to go over the features of the car during the test drive and in depth after we purchased the Pilot to make sure I knew how to use all the features. We appreciated the small details like the gas tank being filled, the rubber mats installed and the car being clean when we picked up the car. Colton even helped me sync my phone to the car! Thanks for making the car buying process easy!

Everything was good except a miscommunication with the first appointment was supposed to be on March 20 at 9:30. They had it for May 28. Doesn’t make sense booking that far into spring to have your tires changed
