Went in, test drove, left in a new truck.

I spoke with Dwayn when I went into Murray gm looking for a truck I saw on their website. He said it was recently sold, but he had something else on the lot that I might like. He showed me the truck, we went for a test drive, and I loved the truck so I went through their financing manager and bought it.

Jim and the team and Murray Gm made sure that our buying experience, and the after sales experience went smoothly. We felt that everyone was very thorough and made sure we were looked after. We would definitely but another vehicle rom Murray Gm again. We would also recommend them to anyone.

I was thoroughly irritated by my experience until Dan came along. I started out with a different person who ordered my truck for me. I got no updates on my truck until I phoned to get an update myself and found out my truck was in. I was so happy to have Dan be assigned to help me with the rest of the process because he seemed like he actually cared as opposed to my earlier "service". My truck is a high country Silverado 1500 and I expected better initial service. Murray GM Fort St. John was redeemed solely on the care I received from Dan. I will return to talk to Dan in the future
