I was so happy with my first car from Honda. First of all the service was excellent. Everything went smooth like butter. I got help a lot from Honda’s associates especially Alex and Abby from Crown Honda Waverley. Alex and Abby were very nice to help and helped me go through everything carefully. Thank you so much !!!

It was nice to visit Winnipeg Honda this time as well. However, it was a long waiting time for oil change and other minor things. There's was no coffee left and I requested for fresh coffee to be brewed. But I guess staff members were too busy. Thanks.

Winnipeg Honda would let you die in an accident

Completely disgusted, dissatisfied, and disappointed with the Winnipeg Honda Shop. They're nothing but crooked! We took in our 2014 Honda Accord v6 Touring as it was making rattling and jackhammer sounds and it had a problem shifting gear to gear. Honda had it for maybe 45 minutes before saying that they couldn't find the source of the problem and they recommended replacing the WHOLE TRANSMISSION WITH A USED TRANSMISSION WITH 118K KMS ON IT! For how much? Oh, ONLY $4000!!!!! ARE YOU INSANE? We paid them $200 for running their diagnostic tool and telling us our transmission needed to be replaced. So obviously we took it to someone else because our transmission was replaced around 150k to 180k kms BY THE SAME HONDA SHOP and it couldn't have already been shot by now. We took it to an independent mechanic who actually worked in Honda for 6 years. Guess what he found? The transmission had half a litre of transmission fluid and it had a leak. A visible leak that can been seen by the naked eye. He was shocked to hear that we had already taken it to Honda and they didn't see the leak. And they didn't even check the transmission fluid level. We had this independent mechanic fix the leak (washer was broken) and flush the transmission fluid and refill. Our accord purrs like a kitten again. The cost for his diagnostic, test drive, flush, and fix? $380 including materials. This is absolutely disgusting that Winnipeg Honda would let us drive around with a dry transmission. We could have been in a serious accident! We could have died  if it failed on the highway! You didn't even CHECK THE FLUID LEVELS! HOW USELESS CAN YOU BE! I am so enraged. You cost yourself a customer. I still need $1k in maintenance for other car parts but I'll never bring my car here again. By trying to pull a fast one you've lost all that maintenance cost and you've lost a further $40k because we're in the market to finance a new car. Congratulations for being slimey. Karma will get you back. Copy pasted my Google review. I'll make sure to post this on Facebook too. Thieves.

I recently purchased a 2020 Honda Civic Sedan from Crown Honda and I could not be more satisfied with not only the purchase but the process in obtaining the vehicle. It has been 10yrs since I have had a vehicle so I was a little hesitant going into the dealership, however, my initial stress was quickly put to rest as Andy Chan was quickly able to help me find my Civic after a quick test drive. His knowledge on the vehicle helped in my decision as there was no guessing with Andy, I asked a question and he was able to answer it. After deciding on my vehicle I moved onto the paperwork end of things dealing with Abigail Macatbag as my Financial Services advisor. Abigail was very patient with me and very thoroughly went through all my vehicle had to offer and what the breakdown would be with my warranty, etc. I was very comfortable in signing the papers knowing I was in good hands. From here I moved onto the final process of my purchase and got a walk-thru of my vehicle and shown all the bells and whistles it had to offer. Cam with a K was the guy who helped me out with this. He was very detailed about all the features and was also very energetic and happy for me that I had found a vehicle that suited my needs after 10yrs. Overall I was very pleased with my experience at Crown Honda and would recommend them to anyone who may be in search of a vehicle. Andy, Abigail and Cam with a K, were a very helpful trio! Thanks again Crown Honda!

I have serviced my Honda CRV at Winnipeg Honda since I purchased it in early 2019. Oil changes. Filters, brakes, the usual. I only have two continuous improvement ideas. 1.) Notify me prior to the visit what preventative maintenance that is required. Don’t up sell me when I’m there getting a routine oil and filter change. Notify me in advance. 2.) How about a wash after your done? It would be a really nice way to finish the service. The service advisor was very professional and made the experience great.

Thank you so much for unforgettable welcoming and answering all of my questions honestly with great smile , that one week process not as painful as it otherwise could have been. I'm happy with the car I purchased, and I'm not freaking out about the purchase price. That's a pretty ideal situation with you when it comes to buying pre-owned car, and it's all thanks to you.
