For having to take my car back 4 times with issues that strangely showed up after ever visit, keeping my fingers crossed that they are finally resolved. Going on his word, John one of the service advisors came through with his promise. Think some of the mechanics may need more training. My rating has gone up, for now. Thank you John. Not one to complain on social media but NOT IMPRESSED at all! Funny how they don't send out the emailed questionnaire when you received inadequate service.

Thank you Tyler Sage for making my first (personal) new car purchase a great one. Thank you for your patience as my decision took longer than most. From start to finish your customer service has been exceptional. Richard in the financial department you were awesome as well. Chris and Tim in service always provide excellent customer service anytime my 2 work vehicles have needed to come in for service and I am sure it will be the same with my newest purchase. Keep doing what your doing! Georgian is lucky to have you all!

I have been a Georgian GMC customer for well over 10 years and it is because of the actions of three individuals that I keep coming back. First of all, Chris Campbell in Service is an ambassador for his customers. I cannot count on two hands the number of times that Chris has above and beyond for both my daughter and myself in providing exceptional customer service. Secondly, Mike Evans the AGM makes you feel like you are the single most important customer there is. He is caring, trustworthy and a very intelligent business man and friend. And last but not least, James Nobbin whom is a seasoned Sales person. The key to his success for me is that he is a great listener. He demonstrates this unique skill by delivering on the exact vehicle that I was looking for the first time. I could not be happier with my new 2018 GMC Sierra "Ultimate" Denali.
