Not a great experience with service. Told them I had a code show up stating I should get my suspension checked…they failed to tell me they would need to run diagnostics and there would be a charge. $180 for diagnostics. Rotated my new winter tires I’d just put on two months ago and changed my oil even though it was at 50% for oil life. 6.5 hours to wait for stuff that didn’t even need to be done. 🤷🏻♀️ Next time I’ll ask BEFORE I bring it in what their maintenance entails.

Hello, it looks like in your case we could have done a better job with communication, and we apologize. I do not know if it applies in your case, but in our severe-duty environment, it is recommended that oil be changed every 6,000 km or, in the case of lower mileage vehicles, minimally twice yearly. We should review your maintenance schedule fully, and distinguish between maintenance and repair. Maintenance is preventative and is completed on a schedule, whereas repair involves diagnosis followed by treatment. I invite you to please contact me directly, and we could review the details of your Service visit together. I had Casey help me pick out a vehicle. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I could tell he enjoyed his job. Also the person that helped me with the financial part was very nice. And I appreciated the ride to the insurance place from your driver. I would definitely buy from there again and recommend it to others
