Went here on Thursday for a tire change. They told me my alignments off paid 180$ for the change and alignment. Since leaving my steering wheel needs to be titled to the left to go straight if I put it straight the car turns to the right. I went back twice that day spent a total of 5 hours at the dealership. Now have to call back tomorrow and go in yet again because the steeeing wheel is stil the same. Not impressed. I've done alignments in my autobody shop part of the alignment is making sure the steering wheel still lines up with the tires. Which mine does not. 189$ and 5 hours plus gas wasted and I still need to go back. I deal with Honda because I bought my car with a extended warranty so would prefer the work done through them. Not impressed that I'll be spending my Saturday here aswell.....

We saw bad brantford honda reviews from dealerrater and not quite sure. We are calling dealers to get best price of the new car, Marko Romic asked us to go in person, promised he will give us a surprise and our trip from Cambridge to Brantford will be worth driving, and will give us a $25 gas card with no car purchase required. He also said this has been approved by his manager. We went there, Marko Romic and his manager Marty Blue can't give us a better price. When we decide no to buy from them and leave, they refuse to give us the gas card, and I told Marko that he is lying and he said that the gas card requires purchase, what a big lie. Like others said, They want to get your business and are kind initially..... after that be prepared to be treated poorly.

I had my all-weather tires changed for my summer tires on April 3, and it was discovered that one of the wheels was out of alignment. The tires were changed and the service performed, and all within the time frame promised. As well, service person Todd offered me a deal in which the service was done and my tires stored for next fall for a very reasonable price. Thanks to Todd and the service folks at Brantford Honda!

Brantford Honda has been my go to dealership & service Centre for years I purchased my first civic in 2007 and I just purchased my second in 2017. If a car can last you 10 years and you are able to trade it in still running you know you have picked a great car and an even better dealership. I am beyond happy with my vehicle & the service at Brantford Honda.
