oil change

oil change, very good everything went well. it was reasonable quick. I will be back in six months for the next oil change

I drove up to Wheaton on December 22 at 1100 because the engine light had come on in my Malibu. I spoke to Jeff and he told me that my car could be looked at at 1300 and he would call me back as soon as he know. By 1320 I had my answer and my car would be read at 1500. I had a ride home and back to the service department. I did not expect this on the Friday before Christmas but was vert pleased and am sure I would not have gotten this anywhere else. Thank you very much. A few years ago it was Ken that went out of his way to find my Malibu for me.

The salesman was cooperative and nice. Told me most things before purchasing but what I’ve experienced with the service department is ridiculous. Don’t understand how you “order the wrong part”
