Vanessa was super to work with. Her salesmanship attitude was great. We had been comparing 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan's with another dealership and whenever I contacted Vanessa about the comparison of options and price, she was more than willing to work with us. We were very open with her about the comparison and we did want to keep our business in our hometown if possible. She did not pressure us at all which really helped in our making a decision to buy from her. She was able to match and even better the options for us. So of course we were extremely happy with her! Brad was super to work with too. We feel that he did his best to help us with the warranty, rustproofing and financing. It certainly helped us feel better about making such a major purchase.
