Empire Auto Group are the best especially Nick the owner! He got to know my situation personally and took it all into consideration. I am now driving the most beautiful, safe comfortable car I have ever had. It fits all my 4 grandchildren, my daughter and myself. My situation was not an easy one and I was not such an easy customer, always bugging him but he came through with a car I would have never dreamed of owning! All the staff there was so courteous and kind to me but Nick went above and beyond to find the right fit for my personal needs. Thank you Nick and all the staff at Empire Auto.

Re: Al Shaer, A little reluctant on taking that big step into financing a newer vehicle had me apprehensive until I stumbled onto an add regarding easy financing support... long story short, it led me to Empire Auto Group East and a Fellow by the name of Al. Still apprehensive and skeptical, I found myself haggling with Al and was very pleasantly surprised to find that he was seriously looking out for my best interest and setting me up with the best deal and a few extra perks! It turned out to be a great experience, I am the proud owner of a 2016 white Ford F150 Crew Cab 4X4 and loving it, I feel I made a new friend who is concerned with having my best interest in mind when it comes to buying a vehicle, everyone is courteous and friendly AND if your looking for a vehicle and a great deal, I highly recommend Empire Auto Group East on Dundas St, London, Ask for Al and tell him I sent you, like me you'll be surprised as well!
