When I Brought my truck in for 20k brake cleaning I was under the impression the cost would be around $150 plus an oil change. My bill was considerably higher $ 269.84. This also included rotating my wheels, which were already off to do the brake cleaning. Call me old fashioned but I can't figure why I should pay extra to put my wheels back on the opposite side. In future I will do only what is necessary to comply with my warranty or take even that elsewhere, This is not the first work I have been angry at even on a 1 year old truck. My wife refuses to have her van serviced at Lindsay Buick.

Please and always check the tire pressures at every servicing. Please top them up with nitrogen.

Originally was told that the part was in to have the spiral cable assembly done on my Vibe. Once I arrived, was told that the part was not available. I have been waiting since August 15/14 to have this work done. Hopefully this part will be in soon.

Everything is fine thank you EXCEPT......... My car has a recall notice on it and I have visited your establishment twice and on both occasions I was informed that the part replacing the faulty one was not yet available. (something to do with the ignition key.) Once this fix is complete then I shall be able to go to 5 stars.....................

Regular oil changes. Any little concern of something not working or needing to be fixed eg: noise in the windshield and you even replaced a little window with a small leak.

As I said before the people who work there from the mechanics to the receptionist are very polite and helpful, not to mention the courtesy shuttle. I find also the work is always done in a timely manner. I appreciate that after a thorough check of my vehicle and the issues have been found, I always receive a call to let me know the issues and cost to repair them before the work is done.
