I recently leased a new vehicle from SMP and had a very good experience with my salesperson, Tyler Ovens, and the rest of his team! Tyler was a wealth of knowledge right from the beginning, he was not pushy whatsoever, and was a real pleasure to deal with! I felt like he was really looking out for me and tended to my needs. Tyler and SMP went above and beyond to find the exact vehicle that I was looking for, after a bit of a lengthy search. They certainly pulled-through in the end and I appreciate it so much! After my experience, I am very confident that SMP would find the exact vehicle that you are looking for and will do what they can to make it happen! I was happy with the sales person mark, explained me everything and gave me the different options, ready to listen to me. Manager and the finance person Kelly. Got the the full detailed car wash and had a good experience with the oil change also. Good to hear them back to check everything is perfectly going after oil change. Thanks SMP team

Now I may not have gotten the trade in that I wanted, b but let me tell you about the collision center. Rob and Laurie took such a good care of me and my baby Spark. The paint chip that was there has been completely fixed including the rock damages that were there from previous and Rob even was kindly enough to take care of my oil change that I was not expecting. SMP collision center completely made my Monday and probably my entire week. Thank you

Traded in my vehicle and probably one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had at a dealership! Fast, friendly, and efficient service! I had Cade and Ryan help me out and they were fantastic. Even when I was sitting and waiting for approval, I was offered something to drink and had their guys ask me if I needed a ride anywhere. The energy in the dealership speaks lengths about how they do business.
