I delt with a gentleman named Sam . Unbelievable experience not only he found what i want and the price i wanted, he found it in less then 5 hours when other dealers said i was unreasonable and unrealistic he listened and came threw for me and my family i will be buying from them in the future and heavily recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I might add he went the extra mile and found it out of province. This place is truly amazing and never in my life have i had such an experience

From the very beginning of the process, Empire Auto were fast, responsive and personable. I was called back immediately, my information taken and an appointment made. Hass was completely on the ball and listened to my requirements. Within a week I was painlessly driving away in my new ride. Absolute pleasure to work Hass and Empire Auto. I will recommend and purchase there again.

A friend referred us to Empire Auto, and we had the pleasure of working with Hass. He was kind, courteous and professional. We were able to purchase a vehicle that is perfect for our family, and we had the car in less then a week. Hass ensured that we were comfortable with our purchase, and answered all of our questions. Great staff, quick response and search. Osman did awesome job finding what I needed and beyond. He even called after we picked up the car to make sure everything was ok. He was very patient listening to us explain and describe what we needed and very efficient achieving this. They were on time with everything. I recommend this place for honesty and quality.

I am so very pleases with EMPIRE AUTO GROUP. I found what I was looking for very quickly, they responded fast, got papers and every thing else done on time, very honest and straight. Osman is a great guy. He was very patient listening to what we needed, and very efficient finding us even better than what we were looking for. He did great job following up with a call after we picked up the car, just to make sure every thing was going well. Keep it up, Osman. You are GREAT! I recommend this place to everyone who needs trust and quality.
