Edit: I do not have to be in your database to have had an experience with your dealership. I assure you, it is definitely not arbitrary and entirely legitimate.I might very well have considered calling, but the condescending tone of your reply only solidifies my belief that the 1 star rating I gave is a perfect representation of my experience in dealing with staff from your dealership.There are plenty of other Chevrolet dealerships just a short drive away.

Hi my name is ChrisI had the privilege to get my new vehicle (2018 Chevrolet Equinox ) from Phil Evans at Ontario Motor Sales in Oshawa. He was very professional when going through all the paper work and all the features of the vehicle there were many options available and because of Phil’s knowledge of the vehicle and purchase options I understood completely. Even before I left Phil showed me all the new features and buttons on the car.I will definitely return there and get a new vehicle because of Phil

Salesman was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and went out of his way to accommodate us. We were very satisfied and happy with the whole experience. Would definitely recommend this person and dealership to family and friends.
