First time buying at SMP, but my experience here made me wish I had purchased my first vehicle here. After a really horrible experience at another dealership Logan & Trevor helped me out and got me into a vehicle that suited my needs better and better financing. On top of that got to pick a prize from prize mountain! I would highly recommend SMP.

Excellent service from all of the staff we met. Randy went above and beyond to ensure our experience was fast and smooth and could work within our schedules. Even as we hit a couple of hiccups, they had alternatives and were able to pivot on a dime and make things work. Much appreciated and would highly recommend seeing the team at SMP for your next vehicle lease or purchase.

Sam in sales and Shane from the finance department went above and beyond to help get me into a car. I could not be more pleased with all the help they gave and helping me have a great first time buying experience. Will definitely be back in the future.

I like the vehicle I bought but I did not realize I had bought every single warranty there was to buy. These warranties were discussed but I did not say yes to any of them. I kept asking the finance person about what he was taking about and he would always reply oh it’s included . I realize after I got home and read all the paperwork that I had bought every single warranty. Now I had to spend much of my time trying to cancel all of them. Some can not be cancelled so I will end up paying for them. I am not impressed one bit about how this was done.

I had an idea of what I wanted so when I told Angela, she had me look at what I wanted right away. I did not feel pressured or like anyone was being pushy at all. No one tried to get me into a bigger more expensive vehicle, it was what I wanted. Angela was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. She even took the time to sit with me and show me features of my new vehicle that I had never used before. I would recommend the team at SMP to anyone looking for a vehicle.
