lori was the consummate professional and very patient when it came to explaining how features on our TERRAIN worked. she put us at ease and by the time it was over i feel we had become friends and good lifetime clients. thanks again lori for all your help and expertise. it was nice dealing with a people oriented salesperson. yours truly, terry and linda sadiwnyk.

after driving for an hour to get there, the recall parts were not available even tho I booked 1 week in advance

My G 6 (which I bought at Lindsay Buick) has had a recall and I booked an appointment for the body control module to be replaced. I live north on hwy 35 near Norland, and expected to receive a phone call at least if the parts did not come in. No arrangements were suggested for another appointment.

I'm sorry that we ran out of parts to perform your brake lamp recall on the day that you were here. For that recall, the procedure requires a reworking of the wiring on the BCM, and only in rare cases a replacement. I hope that you were pleased with the oil change and the battery replacement needed to alleviate your other concerns that visit. I know that you were inquiring about having your recall performed while you are at your winter destination should you not be able to return to our dealership. If it works out that you would like us to perform it before you go, we would be happy to do so at your convenience.

Went in looking at a yukon and ended up getting a 2013 Silverado 1500. Josh Baxter was awesome and Joe Teatro was just so kind and honest. I would defiantly refer every person I know that wants to purchase a vechile to go to Lindsay Buick GMC and ask for Joe Teatro . They both made sure that my new vechile was cleaned and even re cleaned just to meet great standards. Thanks Again Josh and Joe for the great customer service .
