I bought my first new car (the Spark), and had such a great experience! From the start everyone was so nice, my sales guy Mike was very helpful and was only a text/call away if I had any questions during this process. I have nothing but great words to say about Mike and Ontario Motor Sales!

Whenever I take my car in to be serviced I never get I back when they say... always have to wait an extra hour or 2 or 3!

I had a couple of questions when my mom was looking for a vehicle. Michael Godfrey answered all of my questions honestly and gave me great tips. He was very knowledgeable about products and services aswell, She didnt end up buying but for the small amount of customer care we got it was very professional and helpful. I have always and WILL always buy my vehicles from OMS. The level of service they provide is unmatched by any other dealer....from point of sale stage, right thru the service stage, when needed. Whenever my vehicles need to go in for service, they pick them up right from my office, do an excellent job for me, and then bring it right back with a fresh car wash done every time!! Now THAT is value added service! All the staff at OMS are truly amazing to work with on both a personal level and a business level. Keep up the great work guys!!

After comparison shopping Tim was able to meet our needs with the 2019 new chevy equinox. Tim was very professional, courteous and accomodating without being an over bearing or pushy salesperson as we've encountered at other dealerships. He was open to answering any questions we may have had and encouaged us to taking the time we needed to make the right decison. We felt comfortable and pleased with our overall experience at OMS. We are looking forward to seeing how the service team delivers for our future needs.

Andrew Johnson is 100% most loyal and trustworthy person I've met when it came to getting my vehicle and always continues to check up once and awhile which is awesome, takes care of all questions and needs right then when I have them! Great job Andrew! And thank you
