Friendly, competent and efficient service. No problems arranging an appointment. Very good at explaining need for services / repairs for problems that I was not aware of at time of making the appointment.

I had to bring my car in without an appointment because I was only in the city for the weekend. My car was displaying all the warning lights so I took it into the dealership and explained I had to leave the next day. They were able to take it in and fix the problem and I had it back in a few hours. Thank you for being so accommodating.

The management made a liar out of the salesperson by not honouring guarantees he had made.

Promise made to fix any issues within 30 days not honoured. Refusal to remove loose items during test drive and told the rattle was a result of same. Refusal to fix shock problem when rattle was actually caused by faulty part.
