Ordered Yukon xl April 7th / built May 20th/ received vehicle August 8th. Very hard to be respectful .

Car was in for a recall on side air bags during which time a hole was burnt in the passenger side floor mat. Jim explained how this happened and ordered new mats which were subsequently delivered within a few days and installed. There was another minor glitch following the recall work. The driver seat memory program was not working. This was brought to Jim's attention followed by an appointment to solve that problem. Jim explained what had caused the problem and it was immediately corrected.

Greg & Larry took excellent care of our cross over pipe issues and raplaced a faulty pipe.

We had a very noisy cross over pipe and GM said that that was normal. Our neighbours all thought we were driving a very old diesel truck with no exhaust pipe. Very embarrassing!! GM said there was no recall. Larry & Greg took it upon themselves to replace the pipe under no cost to us. By the way GM was on the verge of losing another client because of their insensitive reaction to a very long time customer. Because of Greg & Larry we will remain loyal to the product.& the Lindsay Pontiac Buick Dealership.
