We dropped an email to Sam expressing interest in buying a newer car. He immediately sent over web information. Suggested the new SUV, he even dropped a demo car at the house for us to try. It wasn't my cup of tea. He is never pushy, always full of information, gentle and patient. We tested several cars before choosing the ATS, which I love!

I was interested in a Chevy Cruze hatchback. I was provided with a demonstrator to test drive for a day or so to see if my specific need were met. They were. I was shown some of the features by the sales person and was provided with excellent information relating to the financial aspects of the transaction.
