In 2011 I bought our third Kia. I traded in my Rondo for a 2011 Kia Soul. We also have a 2009 Kia Sedona and absolutely love it. I have had excellent service from Mo Younis. I am glad that he has returned to Bank Street Kia. He will be the first person I go to for my next Kia. The service team are also excellent. They always have my car ready faster than I expect. They are super friendly and easy to deal with. Phil at the service counter is awesome.

My experience at Kia was very positive. Mo was friendly, down to earth, and didn't make us feel pressured to buy. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. The guy who handled our financing went through everything with us to ensure that we were satisfied. He was also very sweet with our five year old daughter, who happened to be with us. I am also pleased with the service I receive when I bring my car in for oil changes. I love my new car, the way it looks and runs. I would be more than happy to recommend Kia to others looking to buy a new car.

I was treated with old fashion customer service who bent over backwards to meet my requirements. They also have a great service department and met my needs to date. So far I am pleased with Bank St. Kia.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Joe with purchasing my new Kia Sportage. He was amazing to work with and was very friendly and made sure my overall experience was as smooth as possible. The day I picked up the car he took the time to go over all of the features of the car and made sure I was comfortable before I drove off the lot.
