Customer service was below average and I had some serious issues. I just don't want to drag it but was a bit shock with the experience.

Winter tires were installed and all season tires were stored, service was done and part was replaced to repair airbag problem.

Service was excellent, prompt and courteous. Everything I wanted done was accomplished in the amount of time agreed upon without any delays. I received a nicely washed and serviced car ready to jump in and drive away all in an hour!

Just wanted to say how amazing and helpful Adam McKinnon & the Brantford Honda Staff were at my last visit .. Every time I go to Brantford Honda the hospitality is phenomenal as I'm greeted with smiles, handshakes, delicious coffee and fresh apples.. I can honestly say I'm one happy valued customer as I appreciate everything that's done for me.. buy and install winter tires and rims confusion

during the process there was quite a bit of confusion about the need for 16" or 17" tires and rims. Apparently Honda had made recent changes to which rims would fit the car and the word had not reached all employees. After that the tires and rims were installed fine and I really like the Michelin X-ice tires they are quite and I think the ride is better than it is with the 18" tires

I have been a customer with Honda for many years....always treated with respect. When my husband and I went to look at another Honda we were greeted by James...he treated us with great respect, and he went over and above my expectations of a salesman. I would recommend him to anyone. Great job James!!!!!
