Terrible Service

Had my 2017 Ram in May to switch from winter tires to summer tires. Was told my brakes needed service, which were replaced in October. Left the dealership and the next day the brakes sounded worse than before they serviced them. Also lost a lug nut. Was never informed to come back the next day to re-torque and they have been serving my truck since I bought it from them. Terrible communication with there customers. This is a safety issue and should be told to their customers or at the least highlighted on the invoice.

Rude customer service

Hello , I booked appointment for two recalls and oil change a week ago and I was told it will take almost whole day and it should be a working day, I took a day off from work because of this only and when I went there they said only one recall can be fixed because there system down and nobody informed me before , because the system is down from two weeks if it’s not fixed I should be informed so I can save my day and on top of it the customer service girl was rude , when I came to pick up my truck I told her about the spring promotion oil change buy one get one free how it works I seen on your website . She goes like I should inform her first , that’s not how things work here . I have to do again paper work, all that time she looks angry and no thanks on getting payment . Neither bye . I bought my truck from you guys and this is my second visit to your service centre for oil change , If I will get same kind of customer service I will stop coming simply Thanks take care bye

I finally got my car today and I was not happy with the work they did they could have done some of the small dents and scratches on it I asked why they did not do it they said they did what the Insurance said on he estimate.I think they should have done them out of respect and gratitude for being so late.

I was listened to in terms of what I needed/wanted in a vehicle. Ownership details and financing options were explained and my questions were answered with transparency. It didn’t feel like it was only a sale or a business transaction. I felt the continued liability of the dealership through its employee(s).

Routine maintenance was requested however initial inspection identified additional faults which were quickly addressed to my satisfaction and likely offset expensive repairs at a most inopportune time..
