Strongly recommending. I had a problem with my car that was a few days ago repaired in Canadian tire. They greeted me professionally honestly with understanding and quickly and efficiently solved the problem on my car. Thank you for your help :).

Well Hello .just wanted to leave a review that car place has been great to deal with the finance specialist Toufic has been great he's been dealing with my and Sarah's deal witch is a very hard one I give him a 10 star rating for alot of reasons he's put up with all the bumps in the road and hasn't given up he's still trying to seal us a deal ...But I did send them a friend and they sold him a vehicle, so I highly recommend this dealership if your in the market for new to you vehicle....I haven't purchased a vehicle yet but this isit on the dealership part ...so everyone if you want a vehicle I highly recommend you give that car place a chance you'll be surprised at there friendliness and best team members they have

I wanted to say me and Sarah Milligan have been dealing with that car place dealership since April and we had sent them a customer and they treated them really well and made them happy .As you can tell we still haven't gotten a deal yet cause we're shot a few thousand dollars to make are deal work, As it's a really hard deal.... But if your in the market for a new to you vehicle we really do recommend you give this dealership a chance you'll be surprised at how friendly there are and how they go above and beyond for ya ..We will update this post when and if we gotten our new one .as we're having issue getting what we need to make this deal work ...but sometimes you have issues with banks ....and that makes bumps in the road I will still give this dealership a 10 plus rating it's not there fault so please email or call that car place if your in the market for a new to you vehicle..

I have to say dealing with this dealship and the finace guy has been a smooth sailing at times ,there have been bumps in the road but on any deal there usally is but i do highly recommend this dealership if your in the market for new to you vehicles...they will try there best to go above and beyond and they do there best .. Im still in the process of sealing and finshing up my deal so once everything is all said and done i will be doing a follow up review so stay turned people ...

So friendly! Chatting with Monty was a treat. He was transparent and honest with me. I highly recommend them as a place to go if you are looking for a really good used car, or if you’re interested in selling yours! They also were great with following all the COVID protocols, so that is a huge win.

Had nothing but issues with this place. Two days after we drove the car off the lot, the air conditioning went in the vehicle. We were told if anything happened within the first two weeks of purchasing that the dealership would cover the cost. Well, we phoned and phoned and phoned and no one would return our phone call, until after two weeks had past since we drove the car off the lot. Leaving us to cover the cost. Just over a year later and the alternator went on our vehicle (even though they just replaced it when we purchased the car, so it is suppose to be covered under warranty for up to two years) We are now on week three of no returned phone call from the company regarding the warranty. Any time we get through we are told the service manager can't be reached or they can't locate our file. NEVER buy a vehicle from this place. They are slimy.

Hi Hanna, We are very sorry to hear your frustrations. I would like to take the opportunity to address the complaints in more detail to help clarify the situation. In regards to the air conditioner, there is not a set time frame that a goodwill service would be performed. I apologize you felt ignored but I would like to assure you that the two weeks was not a standard offer to AC and we have no A/C warranty on all our Purchase bill of sale as a standard declaration, This AC warranty is typically an additional warranty item we offer that you had declined. The alternator replacement was a repair we performed and you did have a 1 year parts warranty secured through our supplier. You however reached out to us just under two years inquiring about this warranty. We sympathized greatly with this and offered a 50% discount in labour to perform the repair at a cost to us. This offer is still available and we would gladly honour it. If you would like to discuss the previous quote again in further detail. you can contact service directly at 519-686-7253 option 2 Thank you for your understanding.

This auto dealership is the best ,not only in London but also in Ontario. My family dealing with That Car Place for more than 17 years.They have a good and variety inventory. The owner is a proffitional mechanic and his staff are sales experts & friendly , such as the office manager and the sales manager.
