I'm writing this review because of the run around these guys are giving my sister who purchased a 2nd car from this establishment after the 1st car she bought from them was in an accident and was written off. So being she had such a good experience with this place the 1st time she returned on June 6th to buy her next car a 2024 Toyota Rav4 with just under 18k from the salesman Kareem. At 1st everything went great Kareem got the sale done that day and then promised delivery of the car by that friday, well that's where things go bad as the car wasn't delivered that Friday but was delivered the following Monday with incorrect paperwork. He sold my sister a 5yr extended warranty yet the paperwork shows 2 and it shows it taking place on the day the car was purchased and showed it expiring in 2027 except the car still has 42k of manufacturers warranty and when I spoke to him on her behalf many times he said to me it was a 5 yr warranty not the 2 showing on the paperwork amd he'd get that fixed. Also when Kareem sold her the car that was written off she bought whats called the gap and thankfully she had purchased this as what the insurance offered in a buyout and what she owed would be covered by this gap insurance. When we were there on the 6th buying the car Kareem said he would take care of it but that never happened and now over 2 weeks has past and now my sister's being harrased by the bank for the outstanding amount. So she calls Empire and being Kareem never returns a call she finally speaks to Sam who only took a 3 way call from one of the institutions they use who helped my sister track down where her gap really was with no help from anyone at empire as they provided the wrong information, what a surprise. So here we are the 25th of June and my sister had to get everything with the gap figured out on her own after she found the actual company it was with. So today she returns to see Kareem as he still never called her back after all this crap she drives out to see them and they still don't have the proper paperwork for her and promises to now email it to her which I doubt will happen anytime soon because there's no way it takes this long to get the proper paperwork gathered. If you're thinking of buying a car from these guys don't all they care about is the sale and after that they have no use for you. I've bought many cars in my life and I've never seen such disregard for customer service.

We purchased a vehicle from Empire Auto Group in March, with the explicit promise that several mechanical issues present from day one would be resolved. Despite multiple complaints and a direct commitment from the owner to take responsibility, we have yet to receive any concrete solution from them. After repeatedly insisting, they finally agreed to take the vehicle to the Hyundai dealership to verify whether there was, in fact, a problem. The diagnosis confirmed our concerns, and as a result, the vehicle has now been in the manufacturer’s warranty service for 7 days. This clearly shows that Empire Auto Group sold us a car in poor condition from the start, and if we hadn’t pushed for answers, no one would have taken responsibility or provided a solution. Furthermore, when we initially left the vehicle at Hyundai, we were told the service would take only three hours. However, this has been unnecessarily extended. Omar, from the service department, committed to keeping us informed and meeting specific deadlines, but he has shown no sense of responsibility or interest. To this day, we have not received any clear update on the status of the car. The most frustrating situation occurred on Friday, when we were told to come to the Dundas location on Saturday at 12:00 PM to pick up the vehicle. However, when we arrived, no one knew anything, Omar had disappeared, and another service staff member suggested we go directly to Hyundai. Once there, we were told that no one had ever informed them the vehicle would be ready on Saturday—it would actually be ready on Monday. We don’t understand why Omar lied to us and wasted our time in such an irresponsible way. This has been a major inconvenience, especially considering that the vehicle is our main work tool, and we have lost income due to the delays, miscommunication, and lack of professionalism. Additionally, one of the owners, Karin, has shown a complete lack of respect for customers’ time. A few days prior, a staff member told us to arrive early at the Dundas location to receive a courtesy replacement vehicle due to the inconvenience. However, by 1:00 PM, when we approached Karin directly to ask how much longer it would take, we learned that he hadn’t done anything in nearly four hours, which we found insulting. We are deeply disappointed with the lack of professionalism and post-sale commitment. It is frustrating that a company that appears to be trustworthy does not stand by its word. We have been more than patient and given them ample time, but the lack of real action or clear communication has exceeded all limits. We would not recommend this dealership if you’re looking for responsibility, commitment, and post-sale support.

Por otro lado, uno de los dueños, Karin, también ha demostrado una total falta de respeto por el tiempo de los clientes. Días antes, una ejecutiva nos indicó que debíamos llegar temprano a la sucursal de Dundas, donde nos entregarían un vehículo de reemplazo por todas las molestias.
