Took my brand new truck in for a emissions failure, they said they found and fixed the issue. The next day I get the same issue came up again. The manager contacted me and has made arrangements for a rental and rectified some other issues that came up. Would recommend dealing with them to anyone.

I have a story or major concern to share about the safety services offered in your vehicles, Someone I know who worked for OnStar has faced lots of bullying within the company. The supervisor Linda mocked, made fun of, and didn't accommodate this employee as requested. This employee does have asthma and their family has ADHD which they are receiving help. This poor employee was actually doing the best they can for your customers, to only wound up unemployed due to trying to do their job. The supervisor actually violated policies regarding this, from my knowing the same thing has happened in a previous workplace. It can be very costly to GM, and OnStar because this employee could apply for benefits due to this incident. I reported a few workplaces were bullying does occur, bring companies forward that promotes this type of behavior.

I dealt with many people during the purchase of my truck and three people stood out for their exceptional service. Ornella was so efficient and she made everything so easy. She has all the answers! I meet Jesse Wright in the parking lot for a few minutes but I was so impressed by him. He is kind, polite and genuine. He made the conversation about me. He asked me if I was going to miss my truck and I told him what a great truck it had been and I have no complaints, which he replied how well I looked after my truck and how clean it was. He also helped me move things from one truck to the other with a great smile and a wonderful attitude. It was nice to be acknowledged! That guy is going places he has manners and class. Josh was very helpful and his continued care after the sale has been second to none. The service team has also been great to deal with. I was disappointed by the sales person I dealt with, I guess he got his commission and that’s all that mattered to him. I know a lot of people which could translate to a lot of commission but I guess he is short sighted. There was no follow through or follow up. Don’t tell me how great you are, show me so I can tell others!

Great experience buying my 2017 Silverado. I worked with Ossie. I gave him my parameters, price, trim level, khm and year range and within a couple of days he found me the perfect truck. They gave me a fair price for my trade in and they even threw in a nice car detailing package and had an extra key made for me. I would definitely return in the future to work out a deal for my next truck. Overall, above average experience.
